Christmas Markets 2021 in Tuscany

“Christmas in the Center” in Piazza Santa Croce: from 20 November to 19 December, a typical Christmas village will be set up in one of the most evocative squares in the center of Florence, enriched with decorations and lights that sparkle on the stalls of over fifty exhibitors. An interesting journey through objects for the nativity scene, Christmas decorations, gift ideas and gastronomic temptations, for a journey into taste and traditions. The Santa Claus House is dedicated to children, complete with a post office for letters.

“Mercato nel Campo”: on 4th and 5th December over 160 stalls set up in the suggestive shell of Piazza del Campo in Siena offer the best products of food and wine and crafts, all in a festive atmosphere. A wide selection of local gastronomic products will await you and, for art and antiques lovers, the Market offers exclusive items. Finally, there will also be Christmas-themed benches with gift items and objects for the nativity scene and for Christmas decorations. It is a real dip into the Middle Ages that will allow visitors to observe live the handwork, taken care of by the craftsmen present in the square engaged in the processing of bookbinding, wool, weaving with ancient looms and in the restoration of mobile.

From November 20 to December 26 2021 the splendid Christmas village returns in Piazza Grande will gather exhibitors from Tyrol, Germany and Austria, with the best of local Tuscan productions, all in thirty-two wooden houses and two huts with the administration of best beers and typical products. The Big Lights show of lights and colors also returns to the splendid setting of Piazza Grande: from 5 pm to 9 pm a magical show will appear in the square on the facades of the buildings, which will magically be colored in the Christmas atmosphere.

The Christmas Village of Montepulciano is back: a large characteristic market with wooden houses, the largest in Central Italy, where you can find many gift ideas for yourself and your loved ones, and then dive into the exciting visit of the Castle of Santa Claus , full of surprises and attractions, not only for the little ones. The event will take place on the following days: November 20 and 21; 27 and 28 November; from 4th to 12th December and from 18th December to 6th January.
