Festival dedicated to Cacciucco, a symbol of Leghorn cuisine. An event of the Municipality of Livorno in collaboration with the Goldoni Foundation and Proloco.
Cacciucco Pride, the first true gastronomic manifestation of the city of Livorno, was born therefore as a festival that intends to celebrate its dish symbol by opening up to the outside, making itself known in the round through the most immediate and universal socialization channel: food. Catering, therefore, with many opportunities to taste the real Cacciucco from Livorno (the one certified 5C) and the other typical dishes of the labronica culinary tradition, but also shows, events, initiatives to learn about the city in all its dimensions.
